Information we collect
To provide banking services and meet legal obligations, we collect information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, government identifiers (for example, Social Security number), financial and transaction information, device and log data, and identity-verification materials you provide when you enroll.
How we use it

- To verify your identity and prevent fraud and money laundering.

- To meet legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.
- To improve and secure our products.
How we share it
We share personal information only as needed to run the bank and as the law allows — for example, with service providers who process payments or verify identity under contract, with credit bureaus and networks, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
You may access and update your information, set your communication preferences, and, depending on where you live, request a copy or deletion of certain data. To exercise a right, contact us. Under the federal privacy rules for financial institutions, we will provide our annual privacy notice describing information-sharing and any opt-outs available to you.
Data security & retention
We protect your information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards (see Security) and retain it for as long as your account is open and as required by law afterwards.
Children
Halden's services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
